Cancellation Policy

No refunds for cancelation. Booking reserves your seat. Owners are responsible for their own dog(s). Always ask the owner if you would like your dog to meet another dog. The trainer may facilitate meet and greets. Be open-minded and trust the process. If you have questions please ask we are all here to learn you will get the most bang for your buck if you get your questions answered. JKS Pet Services is not responsible for dog bites, dog fights, or other damage caused by dogs when not following these guidelines. Please notify JKS Pet Services of any reactivity, aggression, or otherwise concerning behavior prior to signing up for class. Some behaviors require one on one attention and are not class appropriate.
